In order to assure we are providing our customers with the highest level of support and service, we have added to our sales team. We are pleased to announce the addition of Rick DeMarchi, effective immediately.

Rick comes to us with over 15 years of sales experience. He will be sharing the duties of managing our Ontario territory, with specific responsibility for the Eastern Ontario region. He is currently in the process of getting trained on our products and policies and will be on the road soon.

Just over two (2) years ago, 3M acquired Venture Tape, and this acquisition included the VentureShield PPF product line. Initially, we had concerns about what 3M’s intentions would ultimately be. We are now faced with the reality that these concerns are now fact. For the Canadian market, VentureShield will be handled through 3M Canada, and there will be distribution changes effective January 1st, 2010. Our decision to continue without VentureShield was always inevitable, given the initial 3M acquisition and the assumed direction, which has now been announced. Our decision has now been formalized!

We will continue with LLumar and DuraShield+ Paint Protection Film products. Through the transition away from VentureShield, we will have sufficient stock to handle any orders for the foreseeable future.

We are confident that, with the DuraShield+ and LLumar PPF products, we can offer what are certainly considered to be top quality products at a competitive price, and this ultimately represents true value for you and your customers. We look forward to working with each of you to transition over to one or both products in the weeks ahead.

There is change, and then there is change. There is also positive change, and this is what we are looking at.
